MONTHLY GUIDED MEDITATIONS
Most times we let our life get in the way of our well-being—well, always, actually. Meditation should be treated as necessary as water and yet we neglect to find the time or the uninterrupted space to replenish our soul. Janice hosts a pleasant guided meditation the first Saturday of every month in an enchanting atmosphere among like minded people.
Each meditation has a different focus, ranging from individual Chakras to Past Life.
A wise man once said:
“Try to meditate for at least 10 minutes every day. If you don’t have time to do that, then meditate for an hour every day.”
Meditation helps in decreasing stress, reducing anxiety and depression, lowering blood pressure and increasing immunity, promoting calm and lessening the effects of emotions such as fear, anger, sadness, et cetera.
If you have never meditated, this could kick start you to a new life!

This will be a double meditation – one for releasing the old and one for bringing
