Reiki Energy
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and around us. If one’s “life force energy” is out of balance, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is balanced, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki treats the whole person, including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.
In Reiki 1 you will learn:
- The Human Energy System
- The origin and history of Reiki
- What Reiki is and how it works
- The path from Level 1 to Reiki Master
- Areas to apply your Reiki practice in your life
- The hand positions for Reiki and how to treat yourself and others to the beautiful Reiki Energy
Also
- This class will include class participation. We will be giving and receiving Reiki Treatments to each other.
- You will receive the Reiki Attunements for level one and become attuned to the Reiki energy
- Group Meditation

In Reiki 2 you will learn:
You must be certified in your First Degree of Reiki to take this class.

Once you are attuned to Reiki Level 2, you will become more aware of
your connection on all levels. You can therefore incorporate Reiki
into all aspects of your life, using it for your physical, mental,
emotional and spiritual well-being.
Reiki can lead you toward a deeper, more meaningful and fulfilling
life. Reiki is an energy, a tool for healing and a catalyst for
change. Reiki is the Divine love and light that powers the whole
Universe; it is a gift of incredible power. Reiki is available to
everyone when they are ready to take that next step on their spiritual
journey.
In this class you will learn:
- The Reiki symbols.
- The symbol mantras.
- The Meaning of the symbols
- How to perform treatments on others.
- The ethics of distant healing and distant healing techniques.
- How to send distant healing to several people simultaneously.
- How to program the healing of the Reiki energy for repeat treatments
- How to send Reiki to personal problems and situations.
- How to empower goals with Reiki symbols.
We will be practicing several other extremely useful Reiki techniques.
