Learn how to: cleanse your aura – How to ground yourself & protect your energy field – how to cleanse your home of negative energy and invite positive energy into your home and life – How to smudge your home & aura -How to make a cleansing room mist with crystals & essential oils – you will learn about specific crystals for clearing and how to use them, about specific essential oils for clearing and how to use them. Learn about Arch Angel Michael and how to evoke him for protection and grounding. We will also be doing a group meditation for grounding and cleansing. Class booklet, Herbal Tea and refreshments will be supplied.
